Large end fragment of what may be a tuff mano, or perhaps extremely crumbly basalt. Gray in color, highly corroded, bleached, especially on the non-rounded side. The non-fracture end is eroded and likely spalled as well. The domed, dorsal side is signficantly pocked in all across its surface. Light white corrosion covers 20% of the exterior surface and sits mainly in pores and divets. However, the flat surface is 90% covered in thick, crusty, yellowish-green corrosion, suggesting that the tool was possibly oxidized, roasted, in a destruction incident.
