A black whetstone fragment, 4-5cm long and oval in section. The tool is made of a sandstone-like material, with visible "layering" in section. The snapped end features a rough break, the creation of which has caused the removal of several flakes on the adjacent broad surface of the oval. The extant "tip" of the whetstone is slightly pecked, scratched, and indented. There is minor light brown corrosion present on the tip and on the break surface.
