A less common KA vessel form, a handled bowl with a point-filled zig-zag ringing the rim and alternating oblique hatches and point ornaments continuing from the rim onto the loop-shaped handle. Dense horizontal burnishing marks are present on the interior surface. Breaks are smooth. While the primary inclusions mentioned above are medium sand, there is a significant amount of fine sand present as well. The handle is significantly abraded, no significant corrosion. Breaks are rough. While it states above that the handle joins the vessel at rim and neck, it is more accurate to say that it joins rim and BODY because the mode is "bowl."
No characteristics supplied for shoulder.
