A medium-sized KA pot of jar, this vessel features two primary deocration elements. The first is a single register featuring an elaborate, oblique hatch-filled zigzag with secondary curls. The zigzag's many angles create numerous subspaces, usually triangular in shape. The many arms of the zigzag element average .5cm in width. The register is bounded superiorly by the dramatic n/s transition, a true fold as the neck emerges, and inferiorly by a 0.2cm wide furrow. Below the circumferential register, on the center of the vessel's shoulder, sits a thick curvilinear ornament which consists of two parallel furrows between which are inserted interdigitated triangles, on the right side, and thick, vertical impressed lines, on the left side. The triangles are obliquely hatched in their corners, leaving an empty triangle in their center. There are three of the larger, interdigitated triangles visible. The vertical hatches are roughly parallel to one another between the furrow, averaging between 0.25 and 0.3cm in width. The vessel exterior is highly polished, with extensive polish marks, but heavily abraded. The interior Dark Gray 5YR 4/1 shade dominates, but it is 20% mottled with Pinkish Gray 5YR 6/2. Horizontal rotational striations are also visible on the interior surface. While very fine sand constitutes the primary fabric inclusion, 10 or 20% medium sand particles also present. Breaks are rough and there is no visible corrosion on the fragment.
