A medial fragment of a basalt or volcanic slag groundstone, likely a metate. One side convex, the other pitted and irregular. White corrosion covers all surfaces intermitently. Based on the shaping of the tool's left and right margins, this fragment likely includes the entire width of the original tool--I'm 80% sure of that.
