A medial fragment of a basalt mano with hackley fracture surfaces and extremely high amounts of corrosion. While the rounded mano surface is 75% covered in light brown corrosion, the flat surface is 40% covered in white corrosion, suggesting a differential oxidation process, perhaps resulting from the terminal destruction oxidation. Of course, this stone was essentially implanted in the clay/stone locus 13 floor, so it may have been burned and broken in a previous incident to the terminal destrution.
