A sizable fragment from a large LB vessel, it is b/b here, and body is angled outwards to outline a vessel of impressive potential size. The decorative schema consists of circumferential oblique hatches on the base. They average 1.7 cm in length and are spaced on average 2.5 cm apart. The rest of the exterior is completely covered in linear (comb-resembling) wipe marks that may also represent textile impressions. Some wiping lines are also visible on the interior. The external surface of the body portion is 33% mottled with 40% Brown 7.5YR 5/3. The exerior also features limited amounts of light gray dendritic corrosion. The internal surface is 80% encrusted in light gray corrosion. In addition to the coarse sand, significant frequencies of grit, very coarse sand, and fine sand inclusions are visible in the fabric. Breaks are rough.
