Core color should be 5 YR 3/2 Dark Reddish Brown. Exterior color should be 10 YE 4/1 Dark Gray. This shoulder piece most likely belongs to a big storage vessel. It is thick, heavy, and compact. While the fabric is dominated by fine sand inclusions there are many coarse sand particles present as well. The upper ornament is clearly the wavy line because the hatches in the second register are deeper on that side, indicating the point where pressure began, followed by downward strokes. The interior surface is completely covered with rilling lines or basket/textile impressions. The exterior surface is 20% covered in black and white corrosion. Thare two medium size mica pops on the exterior.
