Remarks

Pavel would call this LBA, but I am not yet sure which criteria he is using. The three polish lines on this body fragment are likely lines of vertical decoration descending from shoulder to base. Medium sand particles are also present in the fabric. A significant layer of corrosion covers all of both surfaces, darkening them from the original color. While the external rotational striations are parallel with the polish ornaments, internal striations run perpendicular. A good deal of dark inclusion materials is visible in both surfaces and chipping on the internal surface reveals the slip to be ~1mm thick. Mica popping is present on both surfaces. Breaks are rough.
