Incomplete model wheel with axel hole in center raised slightly from the plane of the disk. Hole diameter is 5.91mm. the wheel has two irregular incised lines crossing on either side of the axel hole suggesting a solid wheel made of carve planks rather than a spoked wheel. Interesting specimen that provides some suggestion that description as model wheel not entirely made up!
