A portion of a burnt beam, which doesn’t appear to be part of the other beam in the northern wall of the trench (Locus 6), given the angle it is lying at. This beam is not angled downwards like locus 6 & 7, but rather is laying flat in the layer of light tan clay.
A C14 sample was taken from this beam (Ar/Ge.T31.8.C14.01)
