This ceramic disk is almost symmetrically circular in form. Although it is broken on one side, enough remains to ascertain the overall diameter of the object. Of particular interest, there is a small circular impression in the center of the disk approximately 4.4mm in size. The edge of the object is smooth, showing clear signs that it was in fact worked. The breadth is comparable to that of most EB pottery. The texture, moreover, appears to be the appropriate coarseness for the period as well. The disk is a dark "yellowish red" on one side and black on the other. In other words, it is typical Kura-Araxes "black and red burnished ware."
