Large blackish gray obsidian flake that has been modified into a a nearly symmetrical, ovate form scraper. There is clear evidence of retouch along the perimeter and there also appears to be a little bit of beveling along the exterior surface. The tool shows no sign of fracturing. Though it is clear where the bulb of percussion once was it nor the platform are still visible. This tool resembles findings from sites such as Hatis and Horom. Based on the form we suspect it was created at some point during the Paleolithic; however, this technology has also been found in later contexts.
