Remarks

Designated MAE1755--radiographed, XRF
Rim/neck collar fragment from medium sized LM jar. Sherd appears to have been highly polished on all surfaces, but much has now abraded off. Use abrasion is particularly evident on the exterior rim and superior rim surface. Limited circumferential rotational striations are visible both surfaces. Limited black and gray concretion is visible on the rim surfaces. In addition to the fine sand, limited frequencies of coarse sand are visible in the fabric. Limited frequencies of inclusions perforate both surfaces. Breaks are rough.
