Whole LB bowl almost no percievable damage. The entire exterior surface is polished continuing over the rim onto the first cm of the interior ssurface, although there is no vertical polish ornamentation on the body. Decoration consists of 1 360 degree furrow at the body-shoulder break. While the lack of damage prevents a close analysis of the fabric there is visible pyrite popping on the exterior and interior surfaces, corase sand and very coarse sand visble in the same surfaces, as well as several fired out organic material voids. The interior surface is 30% covered in a light brown corosion. It is also on the interior surface where it is possible to precieve some sort of join between the upper and lowwer portions of the body, which may have been manufactured separetly. A single dent directly below the body should break appears to have been present when the vessel was fired and can be observed from both the external and interior surfaces. Rotation striations are visible on the interior surface and the exterior polish appears to have been applied in a circular motion. The vessel's base is covered in concentric circular striations. While the exterior surface is mostly black there is one shoulder portion which is a lighter Pinksih grey 7.5YR 6/2, Buff. 8.21.2008. w/AFG
