Very small complete LB jar--almost a cup. Light brown corosion covers 40% of the internal surface and 10% of the exterior surface. Several interesting formation elements of the vessel: some kind of offset visible on the interior base surface at the join between body and base where the base is offset or displaced, but no evidence of this is visble on the exterior surface; the external body shoulder break exhibits significant upward cutting or wiping motion where the two have been joined together--this is also visble on the internal surfac of the body shoulder break as some kind of join line. While it is impossible to give a close analysis of the fabric because the vessel was completely intact, corase sand and pyrite inclusions are visible in both the external and internal surfaces. The first deceoration element at the neck-shoulder break of nail shaped impression covers about 50% of the surace, while the remaining 50% is a line. Below this on the shoulder are 3-4 360 degree comb lines. The nail shaped impressed decoration element just above the body-shoulder break covers 80-90%, but is lost where there is smoothing/wiping at the join. The last decorative element of oblique hatching is at the base and covers 360 degrees.
