Rim fragment from a the rim/neck collar of a large LM jar. Exterior surface and superior rim surface appear to have been heavily polished, but are now rather abraded. Exterior and interior rim surfaces feature several pits and/or cracks. Circumferential rotational striations are visible on all surfaces. The interior surface features minimal white dendritic concretion. In addition to the very coarse sand, moderate frequencies of coarse and fine sand are visible in the fabric. Both surfaces feature moderate frequencies of pyrite pops. Breaks are rough.
