Rim-to-shoulder sherd. Rim is interesting. Crest of rim is peaked in profile; lower lip is hooked. Decor consists of at least 1 latitudinal oblate indentation. This element is 1.5 cm long and 3.4 cm wide, with an estimated depth of 0.3 cm. It is likely that this element was part of a complete register circling the shoulder latitudinally. Thrown-up edges of indentation indicate the decor was made when the vessel was still in a plastic condition. Core bands were not analyzed, because there seems to be no good place to break the sherd.
