Remarks

Neck-to-shoulder sherd. Initial portion of neck extending from shoulder, which composes 99% of the sherd. Both inside and outside of sherd have latitudinal lines, from slipping and smoothing. Decoration is present across two registers. They consist of individual cord elements imprinted on the fabric at 10º. Elements in both registers are are identical and are aligned with the element above or below. Cord elements are of uniform dimension; length = 1.3 cm, width = 0.2 cm. Placement of elements are slightly irregular and may even be doubled up, but are typically separated by horizontal neighbors by 0.4 cm and by those vertical by 1.4 cm.
