Remarks

Rim-to-shoulder sherd of a hypothesized medium-sized semi-restricted vessel. Overall structure of rim seems applied, but ambiguity clouds certainty. Exterior of sherd appears substantially lighter and pinker than the interior, but whether or not this is due to mineralization is unclear. A band of shoulder (0.74 cm) just above the furrow decorative element is polished. Exterior core band is around twice as thick as the interior band, but appears to be physically similar—middle band is the most thick.
