A rim to shoulder sherd of a cooking pot. Function is assumed based on the extensive black clouding on the exterior surface, which makes it pointless to measure surface color, though traces of the orginal reddish orange surface are visible. The rim is new and hard to describe: it could also be described as continuous off the concave neck, but since the outward turn is rather severe, I call it outward. It is vaguely outward and pointed, except that the point is at the bottom of the rim, from which a straight line cuts back to the neck. The top of the rim is roughly rounded. Should be drawn. New type.
