This rim and neck bowl sherd recalls the phiale form, except it's rather thick and chunky for the typical phiales and the neck is not quite concave enough. The rim is rounded. The exterior surface is abraded. In addition to the medium sand, there are specks of crushed rock in the fabric (grit).
