This is a soil sample taken from an area encircled by bedrock \\\"arms\\\" that point toward the N from Locus 26. The bedrock arms almost seem oriented northward, and yet, the feature curves toward the SE. The soil was sampled to see if it reveals anything about the orientation of the feature. It was sampled at 2137.01 mASL, 4.5 m from the SE baulk and .85 m from the NE baulk.
