11.10.06 A rim to body sherd of a well-made plate. The neck is perfectly vertical and straight, leading to the continuous pointed rim. The body is basically flat. There may be a yellowish red band on the exterior of the rim that extends down onto the top of the body, but it's only scarcely discernible and may be incidental.
