11.09.06 A rim to body sherd of a phiale. The rim is too small to measure the diameter, but it's over 16cm. The surfaces are severely eroded so that the red slip is not extant everywhere. Traces of its polished nature are visible on the exterior, but not so much on the interior (though I am confident that it was once polished on both surfaces). Sent for INAA in Feb 2007.
