This sample was found at elevation 2140.014 mASL, 2.2 m from the NE edge of the trench, and 3.26 m from the NW edge of the trench, in the lighter, clayey matrix of Locus 11, where charcoal lenses are fairly common (though often so small as to be impossible to remove with destroying them, much less send for dating).
