locus 2 had a surprisingly larger number of ceramics than in Locus 1. Includes largest sherd so far, which was also a rimsherd, and another rimsherd. Bottomed out at a clay surface higher than that found in WSK. Elevs clockwise from NE corner, 2138.177, 2138.177, 2138.157, 2138.157 in NW corner. Soil sample taken from floor of clay surface. Tiny bits of charcoal were also found on the clay surface but too small to sample.
