The decorative elements on this sherd represent a continuation of the Lchashen-Medzamor insized ceramic traditions. There are two decorative elements, first a row of oblique hatching (of which three hatches are extant), below which are three lines with a pointed tool. The surfaces of the sherd are untreated. The slight upturn at one end of the sherd suggests that this is restricted vessel, probably a jar.
