This new locus captures the space of the likely doorway between WSM and WSN. Matrix is a very dark brown silt. In the course of excavating this locus, we removed the alignment of stones that connects with the later wall on the northwest baulk of WSM3--the probably later blockage of the possible passageway leading in WSO.
