Today we rushed and tried to get T20 ready for final photos before the rain came, but sadly, just as we were literally sweeping the last footprints out of the trench, the rain began to fall. Adam took a couple photos, but I suspect we will have to redo them tomorrow, partly because of the rain, and partly because he had only time to do one angle, from the south, before the rain got really heavy. So tomorrow, we will re-brush T20 and take final photos. In T22, Kate, Armine, and Adam worked with a team of Armine’s workers to dig down the room, but they found a soil change and also some small finds, including a worked antler and a groundstone, and a mortar. So the work in T22 slowed, and I believe that now we will not have time to flatten the whole room, unfortunately. We will make it stepped, I suppose, and leave it for next year. Final photos will also be necessary for T22 tomorrow. This will entail cleaning the room, but also finishing the area between the two trenches. Backfilling and cleaning also need to be accomplished.
