Today we focused on removing the rock jumble in the south corner and cleaning up afterward, in the hopes of articulating the boundary between Locus 11 (lighter, clayey matrix along the NE wall) and Locus 14 (the still-dark, wash layer along the SW boundary of WSI2, where it meets WSI). We removed and/or broke the rocks and managed to clean a good amount of the mess up afterward. We also dug Locus 11 just a little, moving toward the SW to try to find the boundary. I also reopened Locus 15 (the strange dark lens), but I did not have time to work on it, and we ended up covering it again anyway, when we broke and removed the rock jumble. There was a miscommunication about another rock that I wanted broken, in the SE wall, and it may be the case that they started to break a wall stone, but we will not know until we dig farther.
