ST1: Concentrating on getting the extension down to the same level as the original trench (a good thing too, since there is actually some standing water in the bottom of locus 4). Getting the extension down is going to be complicated by the presence of a wall, visible on the surface, that both ATS and Rubin think is later.
Spent the day going through the wash level and not really defining the southern wall, but should be in really good shape to do so tomorrow. At the moment it's not clear whether it is one course of extremely large rocks wide or whether there is a second course of much smaller rocks, the latter is beginning to look a lot more likely.
