Today was a bit of a slow start, because the 20m spray paint increments seem to be wearing off or something. Either that or I'm just totally buggin' out and they were right in front of me. Anyhoo, they're tough to find and it's really slowing me down, having to walk it out with a compass and finding holes in the grass.
Despite this, it's a great data block to survey. It's high up on the citadel's slope, breezy, and seldom are there obstructions. I started (0, 60m) going east-west, rather than up and down the slope each transect. Yankee ingenuity. More like "Oh yeah huh."
The clouds are rolling south over the Pambak like a fluffy blanket off a bed. Although I don't know whose bed is shaped like mountains. There are those eggcrate foam pads you can put over your mattress to augment its fluffiness, but that's covered by bedding. Anyways, it reminds me of the fog rolling over the hills in the Bay Area. There's a big system going north over Tsaghkahovit as well. Thus we got rained out at 12:30PM, right as lunch was supposed to start.
4A' and 4B' were completed todizzle.
