Narrative

Our last day on site, so we spent most of the day evening out the trench and preparing it for photos. I also gave loci to the four walls in T34 and took measurements. It seems that the eastern most wall (Ar/Ge.T34.10) in the trench is the best candidate for being built concurrent with the northern wall (Ar/Ge.T34.08) based on the particularly nice corner that these two walls form in, best visible from the E, standing in T20. The other eastern wall (Ar/Ge.T34.09) may, thus, be a later addition (perhaps squatters? though this is a very nice wall for squatters).
At the end of the day, the take away from this trench is that we have more work to do. In the N there is a pile of rock fall/tumble in between all three walls which must be collapse. This needs to be removed. Additionally, we still seem not to have reached the cultural layer just yet (and continue to wonder where the burning episode is).
Lastly, this architecture still needs to be drawn. T34 still requires about a weeks worth of work.
