Today we will remove locus 2 completely and photograph locus 3 and the rock architecture.
Between locus 3 and the north edge of NT2, a rock wall is becoming nicely defined. A spectacular clay cup was found against the north side of this wall in locus two, colluvial soils. Following the photograph we began to remove the fallen rocks on the north side of the trench, in search of actual foundation stones, descending into the clayey locus three.
