Today our equipment wasn't working so any point taken was recorded on paper using the UTM point. We completed two transects today 15 and 16. Transect 15 ran south and went from the Kasakh river to a runoff. I did not encounter any architecture on the transect but there were two artifact scatters: obsidian and possible LB sherds. Transect 16 ran north, just east of transect 15 as we make our way further towards the river and Aparan. I came across a few soviet era sprinklers and some more artifact scatter which was only obsidian in an area flattened by tire tracks.
