Today we walked two full transects: 26 and 27 and we finished transect 25 which had been left half finished when we were rained out the previous day. On transect 26 we encountered several kurgans which are far larger than any we had encountered previously during survey in this region (Ar/Ni.) We also encountered several long walls that created corridors near a settlement we had recorded during a previous transect. Also on this transect was a stela I encountered near a few possible large Kurgans, but not on one. It appeared to be among the stones of a wall if it is in situ (it is leaning). The stone appears to have a much wider base and perhaps some etchings on it. Transect 25 ran North from the southern survey area boundary back to where we left off with it the previous day. We didn't encounter any architecture on this stretch. Transect 27 ran South and we encountered little to no architecture, surface materials, or burials.
