Started back on survey again today. Transects today ran south (Ar/Ni) through the mounds. We found limited architecture, but some walls and burials at the end of transect 28. It appears that we also may have found a road with cobbles. The road doesn't continue, but it is approx 5 meters wide and is lined with stones. We have no idea what period it dates too.
Transect 29 was a bit rough and climbed through hills, gullies and fields and yielded minimum finds. During our last transect of the day (30) we may have found a fortress. We also found a few walls, which could be modern and some graves. This transect completed the Ar/Ni survey area.
