Today we finished the second half of transect 1 before we were rained out. Shujing joined me on my transect in order to be trained. Together we encountered part of a burial cluster which was also recorded by the surveyors to the north of us, Alan and Karen. Further along we encountered an isolated chromlech between two runoffs which may be tributaries to the Kasakh. Finally we recorded an artifact scatter with two obsidian pieces and a non-diagnostic sherd in tilled soil in a barley field. We reached the end of our transect at the Kasakh.
