We started the morning by ground truthing some kurgan burials Alan spotted on the aerial that are situated in between some fields in odd areas too small for transect survey. This cluster was Ar/Ni.AEC16.13 in the GIS. After that, we went back up to our survey area and finished Transects 7-9 today completing the 2x3km survey area at the western edge of our 2015 survey area. Lots of large field clearance walls dividing up fields. I noted these in the GIS, but am not entering them in the database.
