Today we worked two transects to finish up the zone to the south of the bog near Nigavan. First,we finished transect 22, which was the transect interrupted by the rain yesterday. I found a burial cluster in this transect near a burial cluster recorded previously by Elizabeth Hardy; I suspect that the slope on which these two BC lay is a larger and singular BC - mine was recorded as Nigavan BC 69, and has 3 visible cromlechs in it. The slope is steep enough, however, that I think that a lot of other formations are just disturbed.
After this, we walked Transect 23; Ian and I started out together at 440900 4498450, but east of Nigavan Canal 01, I walked 4498500 to 442079 (easting).
