BC03.T01: We finished locus 1, took photos, and opened locus 2. We are working in the NW area of Trench 01 because this area looks to have a burial construction consisting of large blocks and natural basalt outcrops so it should be the fastest to clean. In the center it looks like we have the outline (or top) of a cist chamber. However, it looks like there is only soil in the middle, no capstones... so either looted, no capstone, or capstone quite low. There are several looted tombs in the area, which does not bode well. However, there were few materials coming up in the soil matrixes as there typically are in looted tombs. Ehhh.... time will tell....
