Locus 1 and 2 are open. Locus 1 is in the eastern area where the rock fall covers the top of the trench. Locus 2 is in the western area of the trench after soil change. We are finding obsidian, bone, and ceramics in all locus. At this point I believe that rocks are coming down the hill. Cultural materials maybe being washed down the hill as well. It is possible that there was architecture but it has been destroyed by boulders coming down the hill. After digging down further it looks like we have hit bedrock and there is limited artifact finds. There are very large boulders in the trench which do not appear to be part of any architecture. Instead they look like they either rolled down the hill at some point.
