Today we walked four transects towards Kuchak village from the river by the earlier recorded medieval site. Transect 60 ran south and I found nothing to record. Transect 61 ran south and I also recorded nothing. This region was difficult as a result of a number of creeks, rocky outcrops, and fields. Transect 62 ran south and I recorded a single piece of obsidian, likely the handle of some vessel near the beginning, sitting in short grass. Transect 63 ran north and I only found a single obsidian tool near the end and a field clearance near the beginning.
