Today we returned to Mirak Operation 02 to continue our work there. Arpi was visiting so I had her on cleaning soil and roots from the top of the wall as well as the carpet of rocks in, what we assume, is the inside of the room (they are pretty pristine). It is now clear that the carpet of rocks has another carpet of rocks beneath it. We cleaned between the NW side of the wall and bedrock until we reached more bedrock and we also cleaned around the very large rock that is part of the bedrock on the NW side of the trench, revealing more bedrock. I had my workers continue to take the SW side of the trench down in the area where there was collapse in our quest to reach bedrock. Once we reach bedrock in this side of the trench, we won't be able to continue here without expanding. With our quest incomplete we swept the site clean and will return on Monday.
