Today is halfway through my season and we need to get going! I mainly worked on T02, screening the final locus 107 soil and taking final elevations. I then started a 4 x 3.5 trench (T06) around the cist. At T04 LA is working with a group of the stringer guys to take off the capstones. Yesterday they moved one and hammered into another.
At T05 they are still working on the 'settlement'. There appear to be massive capstones, or one really massive basalt capstone. Definitely will be a problem.
Apparently we now have to prepare a report on each site, consequently each site needs 'results'. For me, different structures and time periods would be results at this point given the poor human bone preservation.
