At T05 we moved to working within the cist. Wet, but fine for going down a bit and cleaning for photos and drawing.
T04 is too wet to work in. At T05 they are continuing working by the terracing wall. It is hard to say what the relationship is here. At TSBC12 they actually used the wall for constructing tombs and it seemed quite possible that it was part of the cemetery architecture. Here it is difficult to say whether this wall was part of the 'settlement' construction prior to the cromlech.
Arsho and Ian came out at the end of the day and we went to BC01 to mark an area where the thermal images show there could be a cromlech but nothing is visible from the surface. There is one location where there may be a 2m circle. There are cromlechs all around.
In the evening we looked at the thermal images. The 2m circle is right on the edge of a wall... not sure if it is a cromlech. The other cromlech is about 6m in diameter, too big for a trench at the end of the season. what to do to test?
