Well today was a long one at Gegharot. I think it's safe to say that while early in the season we all feel the need for a day off. The unit is officially a nice 7x7m square, but will likely be expanded again to the north (and probably south) in the near future.
It as been uncharacteristically hot this summer in the Aragatsotn Province. I think the heat wave is ending, but the long days of work in the sun is definitely exhausting. Even my lip is sunburnt!
I think we have a solid 15-20 cm of soil to move before we will hit in situ contexts (if there are any) within the roomlike area. I am still hoping for a few more stones to be convinced that that southern wall is, in fact, in tact.
