Today we kept excavating locus 11 between W1 and W2, as well as locus 18, which fills the area along the SW side of W2. No significant observations are to be reported today. The removal of locus 11 has been progressively uncovering the original bedrock. While W1 appears to be laid against bedrock, W2 appears to be standing as an independent stone structure of which only the foundations sit on bedrock. No floor was identified in connection with either W1 or W2, thus defying their interpretation as stone structures delimiting domestic or enclosed living areas.
