Narrative

Continued in WSL locus 2 and WSK locus 3. The latter was almost completely sterile. Took sample of floor to test for dung and determine if this was a coral. In WSL we spent time removing fallen rocks from the east corner. Changed to locus 3 when we encountered a lighter brown silt across the trench, especially towards the wall. Still a darker brown towards the west corner but transition too ephemeral to create a separate locus. In WSK we switched to locus 4 when we encountered a light colored yellow and orange clay. Areas of this locus have decomosing gray stones so I think we're probably not far from bedrock here. By the end of the day in WSL we saw traces of a clay and plaster (I think-very whitish gray) floor that will eventually be the next locus.
